Orders and Shipping

We try to ensure your order is shipped within 24 hours. Most orders are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail.

Click on My Account to create your free account. 

You will need to notify us right away if you have any changes to shipping.  Please call us at 936-463-0272.  Because we try to get your orders shipped out as soon as possible we cannot guarantee that you can change the shipping address.  Calling us is the fastest way to notify us of the need to change shipping.

We will send tracking information once it has shipped. IF you pay by PayPal please look in your PayPal dashboard for the tracking information and look for a notification from PayPal with the tracking information. 

No. We do not keep your payment information on file.

Most of the time your order will come in one package.  If you order more than one brand there is a high chance you will receive more than one package.  We will send you a message if your order is split into multiple shipments.

While we do not observe holidays and our hours will be the same regardless of a holiday.  Shipping services do not ship on holidays so your order may be delayed due to manufacturer or shipping providers being closed.  Typically Professional Health Products is closed the last week of the year and we will not be able to process orders with them until they reopen the first part of January.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are only accepted if products have been unopened and are not expired. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns and/or cancelled items.  

We are very sorry if you have received an incorrect item!  Please do not open it or we cannot accept the exchange.  We will send you a return shipping label and send you the correct item. Please message us by replying to your order confirmation email letting us know of the error.

You should be able to file a claim with the shipping company (UPS, USPS, FedEx) you will need to take pictures of the damage including pictures of the entire package, inside contents, packing materials, and a picture of the box that clearly shows the shipping label. 

You must use the return shipping label we provide. The address will be on that label.

You can substitute items as long as they are of equal or greater value.  If the value is less there is a 5% exchange fee.  There is a 15% cancelation fee for canceled orders.
